Timeline
2016-2019
Nico sets up and operates his first company, rethinking hospitality with data-led process iteration, while Rosie is an experienced senior manager from the world of retail.
2019-2021
We turn our attention to Zendesk, talking our learnings from the restaurant world to streamline and simplify the agent experience.
2022
Following a project with a data engineering team, combining this with previous chatbots and API integration setups leads to our first Zendesk applications.
2023-now
Our bread-and-butter has been these end-to-end deployment processes for enterprise clients looking to switch to Zendesk or rethink their Zendesk approach.
