Version 1.0, 20/10/2026
These are the service providers that process personal data on our behalf to run Deltastring. We give at least 30 days’ notice before adding or replacing one, by updating this list and emailing the account owner. See the data processing agreement for how to object.
| Provider | What it does for Deltastring | Personal data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Railway | Hosts the Deltastring application and its PostgreSQL database, in the Netherlands, in the EU | Everything held in the app: account data, Zendesk configuration snapshots including staff records, change history, MCP tool-call records; ticket content in memory only for Escalations |
| Freethought Internet Limited (United Kingdom) | Hosts deltastring.com: sends Deltastring’s transactional email, receives our email, stores configuration version history (Git) and database backups (transferred over SSH), runs DNS for deltastring.com | Email addresses and message content of transactional email; the full database in backups; configuration snapshots in version history |
| Stripe | Payments and subscriptions, including ZD Recipes purchases | Billing name, email, payment details (held by Stripe; we hold only identifiers) |
| Slack | Internal notification to our team when someone signs up | New user’s email address |
| Sign in with Google, if you choose it; Google Sheets export, if you connect it | Name and email from Google sign-in; exported configuration in your own Google account | |
| Zendesk (our own account) | Handles support email sent to Deltastring | Email address and content of messages you send us |
The AI assistant you connect to Deltastring (for example Claude or ChatGPT) is not on this list. You choose it and contract with its provider directly, and tool results you ask for are passed to it under that agreement. The same applies to the AI model and connectors you choose for Escalations: you control them and contract with their provider directly; Deltastring does not supply or resell them.
