What's running right now.

Deltastring runs on its own automation. Anything that happens on a schedule gets one built around it, and the ones below are working through theirs as you read this. Every number comes straight from the automation that produced it.

How this works

Each panel above is an automation running somewhere in Deltastring's infrastructure. The news service ingests CX platform feeds and writes summaries. Deltastring itself takes Zendesk configurations under version control, records what changed, and refuses to ship destructive changes without a check. Each one publishes its own counters to a public, read-only endpoint, and your browser fetches them when the page loads.

We build an automation around any workflow that recurs. The numbers here are a record of what those automations have done so far, from the same engineering that goes into client work.

Automate the work you repeat.

If something on your team runs by hand on a schedule, it's probably an automation waiting to be built. We design and run them for teams in CX and operations.
