How this works

Each panel above is an intelligent automation running somewhere in Deltastring's infrastructure. The news service ingests CX platform feeds and writes summaries. Beacon takes Zendesk configurations under version control, records what changed, and refuses to ship destructive changes without a check. Each automation publishes its own counters to a public read-only endpoint, and your browser fetches them when you load this page.
