We're on manoeuvres again today, with meetings in Hampshire looking at the products and tools which will drive the future of support and customer operations more widely. We are making a visit to another business barn! My calendar is pretty meeting heavy at the moment but we have some capacity, particularly if you are looking to sanity check your Zendesk config updates with Beacon or discuss solutions for AI webchat.

I'm not surprised to see come updates to managing custom objects. These new Zendesk use cases (asset management, other bits on the way) are essentially preconfigured custom objects and so presumably in the process there was a realisation that updating these is not straightforward!
