Is everybody (in the implementation consultant game at least) battling the AI perception/capability gap? There are tools that can really help to get stuff done, but it can't cover up for broken processes, missing knowledge, data disconnection. You need to get the rocket pointed the right way before launch, otherwise you'll definitely miss the moon.

You've got to meet your customers where they are, or at least at some point very near. I haven't worked with Pylon, but it makes complete sense that a pure b2b support ticketing system starts with Slack and Teams integrations for channels.
