We work with US companies the same way we work with UK ones: remotely, with a morning overlap in your timezone, billed in dollars. We’re a London team registered in England and Wales, and we handle the paperwork that makes taking on a foreign supplier straightforward.
There are two ways American teams use us. You can run our Zendesk configuration management platform, Deltastring, directly. Or you can bring us in for platform engineering, migrations and integration work as a service.
We provide a completed W8-BEN-E form confirming our foreign-entity status, so your finance team has what it needs for US tax reporting. Deltastring Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 15214660, which gives you a clear legal entity for procurement and vendor onboarding.
We invoice US clients directly in US dollars, so there’s no foreign exchange to reconcile. Payment terms are Net 30, processed through established international channels.
Our London hours give you a morning overlap with the US East Coast, roughly 8:00am to 12:00pm EST, for anything that needs talking through in real time, and we can flex that when a project calls for it. Most engineering, migration and integration work is asynchronous anyway, so we keep it moving during UK hours and keep you posted. Video calls are booked when they suit you, usually GMT mornings against US afternoons.
Everything is remote. We work with clients across the UK, Europe and the US, and the distance doesn’t change the quality of the work. You get clear milestones, regular updates, and deliverables in the formats your business already uses.
We only ever touch configuration, never your tickets or your customers’ data. Communication runs over encrypted channels, and we handle US-UK data transfers with both GDPR and the relevant US requirements in mind.
Contracts are governed by English law, which gives both sides a clear framework for international work. We carry full professional indemnity insurance, and our terms set out deliverables and timelines up front.
The same work that sits behind Checkout.com, Depop and HyperJar:
Start with a free 30-minute call, booked for your timezone, with no obligation. Most projects begin within one to two weeks of agreement, with the way we’ll work together settled from day one.
